Subject: song with guest appearance by singer from Men at Work
Just trying to remember the name of that song… saw the video on MTV a long time ago…it’s really bothering me.

Dear JB,
We’re pretty sure you’re confusing the singer of Men at Work with the singer of Men Without Hats, and that the video in question is [James--please insert some godawful heavy metal song and artist here].

Any plans to put up an online shrine to Art Shamsky?
—David Cohen
We are very psyched to be receiving email from a former member of Country Joe and the Fish! As most of the people visiting this website are no doubt aware, left-handed batter Art Shamsky , born October 14, 1941 (making him one year younger to the day than Sir Cliff Richard), joined the Mets in 1968 and played with them through 1971. His Mets career statistics are:
G AB H 2B 3B HR R RBI BB SO SB BA SA 406 1186 316 48 11 42 133 162 127 141 4 .266 .432
Interestingly, his stolen base total was the result of stealing one base in each of his four seasons with the Mets. His best year was 1969, naturally, when he had Met career highs in home runs (14), batting average (.300), and slugging average (.488), in addition to matching his career best in stolen bases (1).
