When the Bonzo Dog Band played at the Fillmore East with the Kinks and
Spirit, they were irritated by being called the warmup band (guess they
were unfamiliar with the American vernacular, preferring "support"),
so they began their set by performing calisthenics. Wonder what their
reaction would have been if they and not Buffalo Tom were the other band
lumped under the flattering rubric "ETC."
